As Executive Vice President of Covenant Aviation Security (CAS), he is responsible for the company’s efforts in the Transportation Security Administration’s federal airport screener opt-out efforts. Mr. Bolles possesses more than 20 years of experience in program management, systems engineering/integration and federal contract management. Prior to joining CAS, Mr. Bolles worked in a number of high profile roles as a consultant to numerous prime contractors decommissioning the U.S. nuclear weapons complex and in numerous project management positions with the Naval Sea Systems Command.
Mr. Bolles possesses a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Beloit College and masters’ degrees in Engineering Administration (Virginia Tech), Public Policy (University of Wisconsin) and Strategic Studies (Naval War College). He was a Department of the Navy Presidential Management Intern and is the recipient of the Department of Navy’s Meritorious Civilian Service Award. Mr. Bolles resides outside of Denver, Colorado and has two children. He has previously held a Department of Energy "Q" clearance and a Department of Defense “Top Secret” clearance level.
